This is not the Biore Watery Essence that you all know and love from Japan, this is a version that is (at the time of writing) only available in the US from Target/Amazon. It’s more of lotion texture than the original and has a fairly sweet/floral scent. The dry down is really nice, and has no cast or eye sting for me. The finish is a little dewy but not greasy, and unlike the original watery essence, this is not water resistant. A fantastic lightweight formula, but personally I still prefer the OG for the water resistance.
