Oh this is absolute perfection. Water resistant gel without greasiness/tackiness, no cast or eye stinging (on me), light citrus scent with a skoosh of alcohol, and a finish that isn't typical of water resistant formulas. This is stunning and definitely worth a look if you're on the hunt for water resistant formulas.
