1 (Very slight cast on me, best for light to medium deep skin tones)
Many people think this is just the Biore watery essence in a larger bottle, and it is NOT. It is just as water resistant and as lightweight of a formula, but this has a "tone up" effect aka there's a slight cast with this from the titanium dioxide. Outside of the slight cast, the formula is water resistant without being greasy and feels nice on the skin. Not my favorite, but lighter skin tones would love it.
