This has the most FANTASTIC texture and the only reason this doesn't have a top rating is super picky and I'm mad about it. Anyway, this has a gorgeous gel-cream texture that absorbs beautifully into the skin. No white cast, water resistant, and no eye sting (for me, eye stinging is definitely possible though). The finish is also super natural and gorgeous. So why doesn't this have a top rating? I'm PICKY. The PA rating (measured UVA protection) is 3 plus and my top picks need to have 4 plus if there's a PA rating. Now not everyone needs to be that picky and you should absolutely try this.
