First of all, whoever said this had a matte finish is a LIAR. It's definitely shiny and dewy if you apply the right amount. This is a foam/mousse texture that sadly stung my eyes but had no cast! The smell is the signature Heliocare sweet smell, which is lovely, but the applicator is ... spotty at best. Sometimes it's a continuous stream, sometimes spurts of foam. Not fun. Not bad at all, but not my favorite.
