They said dry touch, and they weren't lying. This is definitely matte to the point of drying on your hands if you take too long to rub in. It also doesn't spread well because it's so matte. On top of that, the titanium dioxide and silica in this does leave a cast on me which is very annoying. LRP makes better products.
