I do not apply sunscreen sprays to my face (my gut instinct is to inhale) but if I did, this would be one. The finish is almost nonexistent, with only a trace of the scent to be found. No cast, but can't comment on the eye stinging. Overall, this is LOVELY... HOWEVER this does have some white flecks that can get caught in any hair on your face and possibly on your makeup. I rub the spray in and it sheers out, but if you're looking for something as a one and done to put over makeup, this may not be the best option.
