This is one of the best formulas you can get in Canada, because it utilizes some UV filters that only L'Oreal can use! It's lightweight and moisturizing, but it does leave a bit of glow. The feel isn't greasy though, it leans a LITTLE matte. It's water resistant, doesn't sting my eyes, and it's all around fantastic.
