Stung my eyes and is only PA 3+? Not great but not bad either. It's somewhere between a liquid and a lotion and gives a dewy finish that doesn't feel greasy. There's also a nice floral scent to this that isn't overwhelming. Not a bad product by any means but not my favorite.
