3 (Intense white cast on me, best for light skin tones)
Definitely not sheer on me... I'm sure that this would work for lighter skin tones than mine. Feels nice on the skin, the matte finish isn't TOO matte. The addition of the green tea polyphenols (EGCG), and the PHAs is a definite bonus for this product, but I can't get past the cast on me. Definitely would work well for lighter skin tones.
