This is a really nice mist! It feels moisturizing on the skin and has a fresh/floral scent. This is a bi-phase formula and you need to shake it before you use it. I don't use sprays on my face so I can't comment on the eye sting, but I don't think this would work well over makeup. Other than that, it's a fairly no-frills formula. Love it!
